The office is dead quiet all of the time. No one talks to each other. It is an office of robots. Prepare to work 10-12 hours per day and feel like you've gotten nothing out of it. They work you like a slave. Bosses are uncommunicative, bad designers, rigid, and love to overwork staff for no particular reason. You are encouraged to take whatever verbal abuse comes your way.
