Thank you for the review. We do feel that clean and organized offices reflect our professionalism and culture and are appreciative that this is apparent to the team. Yes, there is a lot of work. For that we are proud, as good work and solid reputations lead to repeat business. Our successes are a testament to our workload but please also understand that our culture demands a balanced life. If at any time you feel that the workload is too much for too long a period, your division manager wants to know. If it’s not reconciled, both HR and I would like to know.
