Pros

A very good work environment, if you come in with the attitude that you want to continue to learn it is available for you. Good company with good people that are extremely knowledgeable and willing to help a person to move forward in their career. The work is challenging, however, you are part of great team that get's things done. The company also places a high value on your work/life balance which is somewhat refreshing in high demand world of consulting.

Cons

The only CONs I can think of is if you don't like to work, if don't love to learning new skills, if you don't want to advance your career or better your life then maybe this is not where you want to work?

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. We have worked hard, especially the last few years, to make extensive training and on the job learning available to every associate. Likewise, WGI is focused on helping our professionals separate work and life demands as a cultural priority. This is very true. WGI is a place to work hard and learn great amounts on very complex and challenging infrastructure project. Please continue to provide constructive feedback. We learn every day as well.

Pros

Excellent benefits, departments are very cooperative, professional environment, fair workload, good company morale, and encourages professional/educational development and business innovation.

Cons

Room for improvement with downstream communication, some departments are more rewarding to work in than others, growth and potential of promotion is strictly limited by education or certification level and much more difficult to accomplish for lower level employees, and very little to no SOPs in place for certain procedures.
