Pros
A great place to gain experience, at times, working directly with supervisors and directors who are very supportive. Leadership in the company is topnotch as the CEO, directors, and assitant directors are engaging and push the company's mission. Also, great team members who are also supportive and dependable.
Cons
The pay is just "okay." Few to no raises and few incentives are offered to remain with the organization long-term. After the pandemic, it appears that one may not be hired on full-time, even after having been with the organization for a few years. The paperwork can be brutal as a result of having to exceed your job responsibilities.
