Pros

I have been working as a ppc analyst at Wen Energy Systems for six months and I am very satisfied with my experience. The company provides both side cabs for the employees, which is very convenient and safe. They also offer free snacks and a free meal on selected days, which is a nice perk. The work environment is very positive and supportive, and the management is always open to feedback and suggestions. I have learned a lot from my colleagues and mentors, and I feel that this is the best opportunity for beginners who want to grow in the field of digital marketing or looking for a sales profile. I would highly recommend Wen Energy Systems to anyone looking for a challenging and rewarding career.

Cons

unable to found in terms of facilities, salary may be vary on experience.

Cons

DON'T JOIN this Place for the sake of employment. 1. Height of Micromanagement. 2. Very poor Leave Policies. 3. High Attrition Rate- 80% Employees leave job within year. 4. Night Shift 5. No allowances for overtime even if you work in weekends. 6. Appraisal is myth. 7. Exploitative Work Culture. 8. Extremely high pressure doesn't matter how good you perform. They have always higher hopes with you but when it comes to appraisal you will be given pep-talks and targets. 9. No term known as 'Employee Satisfaction' 10. Immature CEO lives in a eutopian world with no planning before execution.
