Pros

Friendly, caring and intelligent staff Doing meaningful work CEO is visionary There is a lot to like and so much potential for the company to be outstanding. Leadership is inspiring, hard-working and passionate. Many are approachable and some are responsive.

Cons

Teams are understaffed and overworked Extended health care benefits are stingy Seems like the share price is more important than fixing problems No career growth or investment in employee development No RRSP program
