Small company with room to grow and change to affect

Under resourced at the moment

The people are hands down the best I’ve had the opportunity to work with. The clients are fun and unique, and you get to make an impact on the projects you work on. There’s also a lot of flexibility in roles and opportunities get created around the people rather than the other way around.

For a small team, the projects that get taken on can sometimes feel overwhelming, and being a small company, this can be pretty demanding for managers. Some people thrive here, this was not my strength.
