Pros

Benefits are good. Flexible and remote-friendly, local staff only need to be in the office four days per month.

Cons

An executive team that does not communicate well with staff or with each other. Very poor trust between staff and the executive team. WEF is on its third E.D. in two years, and third HR Director in 8 months. Decisions made at the top rarely consider the actual work being done. Morale is extremely low across the board. The most effective staff end up frustrated and leave. No opportunities for advancement.

Pros

Nothing, I had to write 5 words

Cons

WEF is a toxic work environment and upper leadership is incompetent. The turnover is extremely high and the HR department is a joke constantly lying creating a toxic workplace and culture. The pay is garbage and leadership is so disconnected from the staff they have no clue how to properly run this organization except into the ground. This place hires more contract help and consultants because they cannot attract or retain actual full-time employees.
