      Supportive leader if you are new to the industry. Open discussion with team, leader are responsive, constructive feedback if you willing to ask for advise. The team and colleague really guide you! If you are willing to learn, they are be willing to teach.

      Cons

      As usual, sales will require your own passion and drive to hunt for the your target. It is worth it.
