WD encourages crucial conversations and offers many methods for our Associates to provide feedback during their employment, both anonymously and directly. Your former co-workers recently gave very high ratings of our managers, workload, and learning opportunities in this year's Associate Satisfaction Survey. We take feedback very seriously, but as you can imagine, it's tough for us to address concerns if they're not being shared. If Associates share frustrations with us, but feel they are not being heard or addressed by their manager or the local office, there is a process to escalate up to executive leadership in the US as well.
