      Will be working on cutting edge in storage technology especially if in flash/ssd side. Flash team really has some industry experts.

      Cons

      If caught in the wrong team, then things can be tough in terms adding value to one’s resume. Current CEO doesn’t seem to have the right vision and lacks connection with employees.
