      Innovative. Owns the storage component market. Acquiring strategic companies to further their product line. Great people. Very fair leadership and executives.

      Cons

      Lots of changes, things are constantly evolving. Huge company, Needs to sharpen focus a bit. Easy to get lost in the shuffle.
