Pros

Free breakfast, Good break room perks.

Cons

Upper management wants more done with less people. Management does not care about it's people, if you don't like it you can leave attitude, which is why they have high attrition rate. Everyone is stretched so thin there are high levels of stress. If you are from same ethnicity/speak same language/from same home town, you get preference in terms of hiring/promotion/raises. Merits have very low say in where you will go in terms of your career. Also folks in managerial positions were once Individual Contributors, so they lack people skills. Managers treat you like crap and a replaceable resource. OKAY place if this is your first job but not a good place to work/grow in your career. Some organizations have loads of mediocre contractors converted into full time just to fill in positions, so essentially you could be working with low performers. There is also too much conflict of interest with people in power hiring spouses of employees into other groups essentially promoting favoritism and the worst part is HR also plays along with this culture. Very toxic work environment. Even Start Ups are better than this. Look at the tanking stock prices.
