Pros
Huge company with opportunities to network and move into different fields. If you are an engineer, the pay is really good. Also, free bagels and donuts on Fridays, and every month there is a free-employee lunch like food trucks, or a $13 voucher to the cafeteria. They also have a cool new college graduate program that helps recent college grads get to know each other and partake in fun activities. There is also just about one company-wide community give back volunteer event every month.
Cons
Unless you are already brought in with a high paying position or into a senior position, it takes forever to move up the ladder. They talk about their ethics and compliance anonymous hotline allll the time and how mangers are not allowed to retaliate against employees who report, but that is not true. They do not care about employees who are confiding in them anonymously. They do nothing to protect them and would rather protect the corrupt managers who are causing employees to report.
