Cons
No growth You complain and it gets swept under a rug. Your work is taken for granted. When you threaten to contact hr they may pay attention to what you are saying. That’s a MAY. Review time is a joke, your work ethic throughout the whole year is thrown out the window. They just simply don’t remember what you did all year. Taking time off to train others and willingness to help out is not counted for. And your numbers are changed to disqualify you for a good raise. 20 cent raise is a slap in the face when you are working hard, no complaints about your work ethic or anything else from mgmt, colleagues or customers. Oh and health care benefits went from an A+ to a F- I’d be better off with Obama care.
