Pros
Some recognisable big name companies to work across but at what cost?
Cons
• Agency takes on work for free to chase client wins and then just expects team to service them alongside paying clients with zero extra resource. • Leadership won't challenge clients on scope or timelines. Staff are left to absorb all the fallout and meet unrealistic deadlines. • Constantly understaffed and overworked. Burnout isn't a risk here, it's a given. • Everyones always so stressed and there's a lot of toxic culture and conversations happening (i.e., people talking behind each other's backs, blaming people for their own poor leadership and unhealthy diet culture among the women). • The 5-day office mandate is dressed up with perks (free lunch, Friday drinks) but the reality is a Sainsbury's order that's gone within 24 hours and a beer at your desk at 5pm on a Friday as you wait for the clock to hit 6pm. The office itself is also an unpleasant environment. Too many people for such a small space, and clutter everywhere (meanwhile founder has himself a nice big office). • Standard hours are 9am–6pm. Long days with no wfh flexbility.
