Management is very poor and not capable of running the firm. Ideas and decisions are capricious and not based on long run goals but latest thoughts or desire. Poor track record makes it hard to be proud to work there. Does not contribute to any social causes. Nepotism is rife and middle management is based on longevity not competence. Turnover is extremely high indicating faults in the operating model and reflecting the poor mood pervasive at the firm.
