There was issues with managers.

Voze has opened my eyes to how things should be. The customer service, employee happiness, teamwork, and the drive to be the best, is the strongest I have ever experienced. I can genuinely say I love working with and talking to everyone who works here, and have yet to have a day that I didn't have a smile on my face the whole time. Work life balance is a huge focus, as is personal and professional success. We aren't just arming Voze to be successful, we are also arming ourselves and our customers to be successful. Management understands that if our customers and ourselves are successful, they/the company will be successful too. Everything is focused on what is right, growth, and success in all aspects.

I genuinely cannot think of any cons. In the office there is always food stocked, there are little breakout areas for some time to disconnect if needed, and everyone is so friendly and wanting the best for all. Benefits are great, management encourages personal growth, and there is no toxicity or tension.
