Credit repair work that could be very fulfilling. Helping people repair their credit through credit fix is a great goal.
Cons
Totally mismanaged call center. Upper management is really inexperienced and immature. The current call center director is more interested in flirting with, promoting, and hiring female employees. She has a tendency to lie and create drama in the workforce. I was their top performing employee with perfect attendance but was constantly accused of behaviors I didn’t do. It felt like the director had a bad attitude towards me because I was a friendly out going male who easily made friends with others. They have a history of mass firing employees when the current director is having a bad day. The call center has been understaffed since it opened due to the drama management creates. This is not a safe employer. Your job will be in constant jeopardy and their is a good chance the call center will fail and be closed due to its mismanagement.
