Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, we are disappointed that you didn’t feel collaborating with Voxbone was worth your time or effort.
We’ve not had Customer Success Managers based in Austin with tenures of over a year as it is a relatively new function for our TX region, so this review has come as a bit of a surprise for us. However, we want to make sure we address the concerns you’ve raised about your time at Voxbone.
Recently, we were searching for senior members to join the team to help us define our customer success roadmap and create and nurture metrics around this. Now, we are fully staffed in this function and we are pleased to say it’s well underway and in-motion.
We really appreciate you taking the time to leave your feedback, but as your statements are fairly broad, it’s difficult for us to fully address each piece of information. If you’d like to get in contact with us, we welcome any feedback that can help us develop as a company.
