      Pros

      Just lies and mismanagement from the seniors and recruitment team.

      The company has no grounds of transparency. I recently applied for the post of Business Development Executive, I got a response from them asking for my CTC. The range of compensation was 1-3L/month. I found it believable because Sales is usually incentive based. I told them my expected CTC and the reply was that I'm asking for a way higher payscale. When asked about the range, they said it's a mistake on my part after changing the range of salary to P.A basis. I had a screenshot to support my arguments but I was told that it's a mistake on my part.

      Thank you for pointing this out. We looked into this and found a few things. You mentioned you have been working in our company but as a matter of fact, you are not and have never been our employee. I believed you just applied for the job. Also, as per the email communication with you, we cannot find anyone blaming you for the mistake. It was mentioned in the mail that we haven't made any changes to the compensation and are receiving candidates in the 3LPA bracket and even agreed to reconsider your application. Not a word was written against you. The recruitment team also called you for the interview, you spoke them in an inappropriate and threatened to spoil company profile and reviews. Thank you so much for pointing this out. This made us evaluate our recruitment team and strengthen our belief in them.
