Pros
Voodoo is a great company! On a personal note, it helped me grow much faster than I anticipated. I quickly had a lot of autonomy, knowledge, and can speak my ideas out loud. It is a fast-paced environment where shining is possible if you give your best!
Cons
The only thing I can think of is due to Voodoo being a fast-paced environment. I found myself with a lot of responsibilities very fast. Also, Voodoo can be seen as multiple companies inside one. Understanding how things work can be tricky (especially on the tech side).
