Pros
Trying to think of anything great. I guess some of the other people, but that doesn’t last when you leave on your own accord. People are hushed if you break away, bc they are scared to lose their job.
Cons
Horrible boss who is a narcissist. She is perfect if you have ever been victimized; she will re-victimize you, and induce PTSD. If you like carrots, they will dangle that. Stock options included. For a company that will NEVER go public. It’s just a bad place. It literally almost killed me. Work that one out on your own. It’s THAT BAD.
