Pros
Company paid for medical insurance 100%. I came from tax credit and didn’t know anything about conventional. My first manager took her time to train me and made me a strong leaser. Once she got promoted within the company, I was promoted to Assistant Manager. Very supportive. Once I got medical issues and needed to go out for surgery, They were very accommodating.
Cons
After first manager was promoted, the property was never the same because of the turnover. I went through 3 other managers in the time after the promotion of our 1st property manager. It was a hard transition every time.
