Nothing in regard to the company or leaders. Unfortunate timing with funding was the reason I am no longer there, but would work for Jeff again in a heartbeat.

I have so many positive things to say about Volition and its leadership. They are some of the most down-to-earth, honest, and empathetic people I've ever had the pleasure of working with. The culture at Volition is one of friendship, honesty, collaboration, and growth. It is a safe space to voice concerns and overcome obstacles. They value their employees and treat us accordingly.

Being a fairly young company, there are naturally some growing-pains. Some things are challenging. It is the nature of a younger business.
