Ok Ok - Software Developer Voler Employee Review

Good Salary is the only reason I m working here (although Salary is not happening on time )

Tooooo many.... 1. Not Professional at all 2. Company is in bad financial state 3. No payment to vendors... Every vendor is using bad words to branch staff and HO people's only instruct branches to manage at their end. Very risky to work here 4. They can easily ask you to leave the company to save company's cash.... YES they don't have enough money to run the business.... I don't know Why they are doing recruitment??? Only to spoil someone's career. 5. No work culture even in HO. 6. They have asked so many staff to leave the company and managing work load with 25% people's 7. No cash provided for day to day expenses, People's use their own cash .... Only to save their job.... And then spend months to recover that amount from company with rigorous follow-up. So many cons... Even i am not able to find words to describe them.

The people who are born with talent find their greatest happiness in using it! I had the pleasure of working with this business magnet whose name I have mentioned in the title. What amazes me is his tremendous capability to transform vision into reality. The concept of self driven cars was literally nonexistent in the transport ecosystem of India. Today, it is a reality!
