Currently going through software upgrades that are a little challenging Currently training new staff so things are moving slowly

The pay was okay, but there are overwhelmingly more negatives than positives

Not very good communication, not very good training (expected to pick things up on your own mostly and faulted when mistakes are made) and the environment is catty/petty
