Pros
If you want a job for life go for it provided you are able to work around the political structure. Re-organisation happens every 4 months. So your job essentially changes every 4 months. And probably work-life balance. Not necessarily good things but can be for some.
Cons
No Innovation, strong nepotism, wrong/incompetent people are in charge. Online product managers do not know anything about technology web or what is a programming language. Managers hire people who are less skilled than them. As a result we get a domino effect in terms of people's skills. Those who have the skill and can help are made redundant and their jobs are passed on to other incompetent people.
