Pros
It was not any other organisation where your KRA & KPI are not defined you are working effortlessly without having any future vision. The organisation celebrate each & every festival in their own style which, make working in Vodafone completely different then other organisation.
Cons
Work pressure is same what you will have in certain other organisation of same level, so from my point of view no such specific cons.
