Good pay and interesting projects, but job security lacking - Senior Test Manager Vodafone Employee Review

You are an employee of a department & Line of Business not Vodafone. If your LoB loses budget then you are just kicked out the door even if there is work elsewhere in the company. Don't go here thinking you are a Vodafone employee - quite simply you aren't. Makes for a toxic leadership who are constantly fighting for budget and not cooperating or doing the right thing for the company as a whole.
