Overall good company to work with, with some good benefits
Cons
1. Their pay could be much better 2. Forcing employees to work *paid over hours. It's toxic policy even if people are still paid. Working close to 10-12 hrs for 2 consecutive weeks shouldn't be acceptable unless it's a slavery
