Big company of course, salary is above average in the Journalism field since FPT stays behind

Too much layer of Management, managers usually talking crap about how will the employee grow with the editorial office. Very vague criteria to judge the employee, there's nothing transparent for fresher or junior. Usually taking advantages of fresher into working without contract.
