You get to meet some amazing and talented people.

Talent is overlooked, there is a group of untouchable people, who no matter how much they underperform get promoted. People who perform but do not belong to this clique, are treated like garbage and fired. Leadership is non existent, bad decisions have been made around management and product which has led the company as a whole to underperform. They have not learned from their mistakes and continue to repeat them. The COO and Chief of Staff left the company weeks ago and nothing has been communicated. This is normal, communication is broken. HR is just a sham, they do not care about employees. There is a huge turnover of sales people who work a lot for very little or no rewards. Targets are not being hit across the company, sales, marketing, product development and updates. Existing contracts are not delivered on time, commercial personnel do not have a clear view or structure, reporting on the product is very poor. Employees in Swansea are not held to the same standard as the European and Canadian offices and remote workers across Europe. The company is living off their existing client base, who they overcharge for outdated technology. This is something that can be confirmed by looking at other competitors in the market. Management provides no support whatsoever. Its just all bad. Stay away.

Recent joiners get pretty good pay, and there are some very capable people there to work with and learn with/from. The new office is quite good.

Management started off well, but as the company grew have struggled to remain responsive to the needs of the workforce, and have fast become a clique within the company. There is an expectation amongst the workforce that the company will be sold at an opportune moment, and workers are largely not looking forwards to this point. Another review of the company on here belittles the ideas of those who are 'risk averse' or 'uncomfortable with change'. It's worth pointing out that this review is from the London office, which is a sales and marketing effort, not the Wales office, which is development. They sell the dream, but one of the biggest problems I encountered at the company was over-selling the product. It's not that people are risk averse, it's that management aren't coping with growth very well. If anyone was uncomfortable with change, it was various members of the old guard uncomfortable with Vizolution switching to an Agile approach to software development - because it somewhat limited how much developers could be overworked.
