- Well-oiled startup .. an example of how startups should operate especially in early stages - Great culture - great people - genuine interest in motivating and making everyone feel happy - Mostly seller - friendly environment and a great sales enablement energy especially on tech stack
Cons
- Contradiction between the vision to "transform the way brands do business" and the thinking of "exit scenarios" all while still just a TPM solution - Available market over-estimated and over - saturated by competition, which reflects on a low quota attainment by AE's (app. 50%) - Sales manager is big on SDR-like-outbound approach, turning AE's into tele marketers. Coupling that with the above, this drastically reduces the attractiveness of the job
