Pros

Salary payment on time that all

Cons

Working hours too long 12hr 6 day a week. Policy change very frequently like every month got new policy and sometimes without prior notice. Some of the policy is unfair on the retail staff. Retail staff have to take part of every department task such as make an promotion videos, and procurement task. On top of it, if make a mistake it will effect your salary (so called kpi). System always have error and can delay the work you need to do. Cannot push sale because products stock always come late.

Pros

1. Easy to achieve KPI on sales. 2. 2 times salary (on the 1st of the month (for a basic salary) and 15th of the month (sales commission))

Cons

1. No Medical Leave after 9 am informed. If you tell them that you take medical leave after 9, they will assign you as Emergency Leave, making your record look bad and they can find a reason to fire you instead. 2. No medical claim for the first 3 months. And also no medical panels were provided. So you need to cover your own medical bills for the first 3 months of your treatment with your own money. 3. Toxicity among staff. No professionalism among staff. And the manager with the people who are at higher rank, they just don't care about you. 4. They just are not willing to teach you everything if it is your first sales job. You just learn it by yourself. If you ask them to teach you, they just ignore you instead. 5. Normal Chinese-owned business company. 6. The manager won't show professionalism to staff. No proper briefing on the first day. They didn't show me the policy and T&C when you started working here (I just found out after they informed me about that MC issue) 7. Staff just change your rest day without discussing it with you. 8, 12 hours of job. 2 day rest day which is flexible but sometimes they don't care about your off day. Sometimes they will set only 1 off-day on the week. Do you guys know the meaning of burnout?

Pros

Culture wise I think it's good for fresh graduates, office environment is good, team building, boss very nice always treat the team. Tough but you'll learn alot there.

Cons

Unexperienced leaderships, messy management, long working hours, unbalanced workload. Hierarchy of responsibilities are everywhere.
