Pros

When I first started working here I actually really enjoyed it. Casual work environment, fun friendly coworkers, interesting projects, decent timelines for projects... lots of gifts from appreciative clients...

Cons

Over time the 'cracks' began to show. There was constant tension amongst the management with several altercations and slamming doors. They seemed incapable of effective communication or agreement amongst themselves so employees were often given different instructions or priorities by different mgmt members. Pros

Flexible hours, free secured parking, fun coworkers, nice location.

Cons

Severely understaffed during busy season; unrealistic expectations; expected to constantly upgrade skills, but unwilling to compensate for it (no raises over several years); constant arguments/disagreements among management; very high staff turnover; no direction.

Pros

I can not think in one.

Cons

Terrible atmosphere, bad and old hardware, crazy and dramatic people starting with studio lead (drama queen). Owner is very frugal guy with any sense of design, he thinks is very creative but truth is that his ideas are terrible but all full-time staff just clapping as seals.
