Cons
- Very corporate;
- Most of the people with the skill are wasted because the mobile nature of the game development.
- Expect to be managed poorly. There can be no work for the position you were hired at time, so you can get placed at another position "related" to your field.
- The company is more of a publishing house at the moment than real game dev studio.
- It's highly depended on stock value and because of that some decisions are made in very erratic ways.
- There is a bad company culture that's based on a cult of mobile gaming with no consideration to the downsides of this side of industry.
- Not good for artists. All the decisions are made by project owners and there is no one who fills the position of art director.
- Company is understaffed, especially with game designers.
