There was a great atmosphere within the team. The current store manager is quit stressed but very nice and extremely professional. Five people were working in this shop. We all benefited from the advantages of working in a big group (lunch coupons, transportation cards, discounts in other shops from Vivarte)

The new merchandising Policy doesn't give any freedom to store managers regarding the layout of their store which can be extremely frustrating for those wanting to express their creativity.

if change were allowed to happen, the potential to improve the business is promising

Culture is much hate, backstabbing, non inclusion of outsiders. Sourcing no integrity, caring only about price over and above dealing with issues such as possible prison labor, child labor or other safety issues. French HQ doesn't care where products are sourced or who makes them.
