Pros
Some really awesome people. Amazing location. Some solid clients. Tom's a new biz machine. Takes some getting used to. Not for everyone. But you can learn a lot from him. JV is a savant. He's tough on you. But fair. I always found him to be caring and thoughtful.
Cons
Obviously, everyone wishes they got paid more. But that's life. Other than that, it was great. But if you leave, SD is a small market...
