I really appreciate working here. The company genuinely cares about its employees, creating a supportive and positive environment. It's a fantastic place to work, with strong leadership and a clear commitment to staff wellbeing.

While the company excels in many areas, one aspect that could be improved is management's commitment to employee reviews and feedback. This inconsistency can sometimes be challenging for personal and professional growth.

Despite only working at Vitrium for a short period of time, I can confidently say that I feel proud to work for this company. From recruitment, to interview, to onboarding and induction, I cannot fault the time and effort that all members of the Vitrium team put into new starters. The communication from HR throughout the hiring process was excellent. Meetings were scheduled with most members of the team for me during my induction. The training delivered by the team as a whole, mostly carried out by the Sales Director, was fantastic and well paced. Despite this being a sector that was very new to me, the well-planned induction prepared me very well for the role I was going to be undertaking. I have never worked for a company that puts such thought into each step and that makes you feel you are part of the team so early on. I feel valued at Vitrium like I am a person, not a number - something which is important but hard to come by. From my line manager up to the CEO, I feel I have great support - this extends to members of the team who I am not managed by but who are all willing and ready to help. All members of the Vitrium team are approachable and there is a very positive culture. The team at Vitrium ensure that remote working does not become isolating, and great care seems to be taken for each employees wellbeing. When they advise they are family friendly, they truly are.

I have not found there to be any cons working at Vitrium.
