Came into the Group via an acquisition, then made redundant after an apalling lack of information or detail on restructuring process. Acquired company leadership were required to handle all the redundancies whilst the Vitalhub leadership remained virtually invisible. It seems that they're busy acquiring companies left right and centre but have no real strategy for actually dealing with the acquistions properly. Redundancy package was terrible.

No Performance bonus just even the annual increment is really low, managers steal credits from others work and get their salary increments as they want , if you are good at butt licking higher chance to get promoted quickly in this company.
