Pros

Remote, really relaxed culture. Only expected to have your camera on if you're in a leadership position. Great work/life balance - the company really respects boundaries. I had a lot of autonomy and an extremely supportive manager.

Cons

Like any company, there are politics. However, the politics are mild compared to other companies I've worked at.

Pros

At Visual Lease, we're encouraged to think outside the box and get creative. The company gives us the freedom to explore new ideas and ways of working. The leadership team keeps us informed about company goals, challenges, and decisions which helps foster a culture of trust and collaboration, The real highlight is the people at VL. The people here are talented and supportive no matter the level or department. Even working in a remote environment, we stay connected and continue to work together efficiently.

Cons

Being in the tech space, change is constant. VL is always adapting to stay ahead, which means things can feel a bit uncertain at times. We've undergone some restructuring efforts in the last year or so, but it's all about the bigger picture. Visual Lease is making strategic moves to ensure we're set up for success in the long run.

Pros

Worked at VL for several years and it was a formative experience. It was an established player that operated like a startup.

Cons

Lots of change, particularly after the company was acquired.
