      Pros

      Working time flexibility. You can take leave if you need.

      Cons

      The company does not have the clear picture of the projects they are getting from their clients. And the company doesn't not to hold / convenience the clients. As a result the company is not getting enough projects from their clients and on the other hand the company blindly hires employees without proper planning. And it results LAYOFFs. The company lays-off their employees very frequently. And while laying-off, VDMS (Visual Data Media Service) company doesn't give any notice period. They immediately fires employees. The salary structure is also not upto the mark.

      Pros

      Tons of growth potential. Upper management cares and actions on employee feedback as much as possible. Great culture.

      Cons

      It’s a turbulent industry to be in. Due to the unfortunate nature of the business in recent years, staff does need to be reduced at times, to keep the company healthy.

      Pros

      Was able to work from home. Company extended an all expense paid trip to meet my clients.

      Cons

      Unstable work environment. Employees are frequently laid off leaving the remaining employees bogged down with work. This creates a stressful work/life imbalance.
