Dying Company - Anonymous employee Visual Capitalist Employee Review

To keep it short, the other negative reviews say it all. Not only is there toxic leadership, the company has had many months of payroll issues where all employees have been told they need to wait to be paid. It's not a stable company and there's lots of terrible business decisions being made and way too much middle management slowing things down. The excuse of being a "startup" is not valid here. The company has been around nearly a decade, it's just a poor excuse to explain away ineffective processes and working harder, not smarter. They hire people who put up with minimal pay and people who are willing to be overworked hold this company together. Avoid this place at all costs.
