No pros at all, it's a dying industry and sooner rather than later with the failing leadership leading the Australian bussiness into a gradual shut down with the lack of vision for growth.
Cons
Psycologically unsafe workplace Highly micromanaged, Terrible, passive aggressive culture. HR reports locally and covers up all the harassment from global teams. Always pushed to more hours under the culture of you are paid for an outcome while monitoring clock on times for " safety reasons", no documented training plans, no real bonus, just shares offered that can't be touched for atleast 12 months of receiving, cheap way of and intellectually insulting dangling of a carrot. Mostly a massive passive aggressive finger pointing "pass the responsibility for failing culture". Armature hour with weekly rather than monthly bussiness reviews, all in all the worst place to work in Australia!
