Pros

I am really grateful for the opportunity to work with Visium. I have always dreamed of working for Disney since I was on a student visa, and it was very difficult to get an interview there. However, Visium made my dream come true! I received a call from Levi, who guided me through how to ace the Disney interview. He was incredibly helpful and noticed every small detail, making me a strong candidate that Disney couldn't overlook. During the interview process, Levi would always say, "Fingers crossed," which I appreciated because it felt like someone was rooting for me. @Levi you are great! I also want to express my gratitude to Visium as a company. Even when I had tax concerns, Cyril noticed and did her best to help me save on unnecessary taxes. I truly love this company and hope to continue working with you for a long time. Thank you so much!

Cons

I dont see any cons here, its very great place to work with Visium

Pros

I am so proud of how Visium Resources has grown, since I began the operations in Maitland, FL back in 2002. We have slowly but surely added team members, with the goal to provide excellent service and not just to grow larger. Each of our staff and our contract employees are "Visium Family", and we will do everything possible to make sure our employees feel appreciated, because you sincerely are.

Cons

There are sometimes issues of which Visium is not in control, for instance pay. We can not pay our employees more than is possible to sustain a profit, based upon what our client allows. In many situations, some do not understand the costs that go into the search and employment aspects of our business, which include huge online resources costs, employer taxes, insurances, benefits and overhead. This is all our issues, not yours. However, it does make it possible for us to stay in business. Ultimately, we strive to treat each and every employee with fairness and ultimate respect.
