Pros
The team is awesome! Many of the employees are friendly and always willing to help. It's a shame that such a good team is led by bosses who don't know how to make calculated decisions.
Cons
The CEO is no longer Andrei Homorodean. For several years, the CEOs are Tim Hammerman and Alexander Veit. You will be employed for the long term, but bosses are fickle and you may be fired in a few months. And this process has been happening for some time. They are not willing to listen to the opinions of others and if they listen to them, they don't take them into account. And they are 100% "bossy". They seem nice at first, but after you start working with them, you realize that they don't have an effective communication process and for them, you are just an employee who has to do what they want. Also, the company doesn't offer any compensation or benefits.
