It is true that working at Visions Management is not for everyone. While we continue to grow, we recognize that there are things to work on. Thank you for acknowledging that Visions Management is a family first company that trusts employees to manage their personal time and job responsibilities, resulting in a flexible work environment. We have worked hard to make this part of our corporate culture, which has resulted in long term employees. Visions expectation for employees, when engaged with clients, is to utilize the tools that Visions Management has developed and to work collaboratively with team members and vendors. This leads to successful projects and happy customers, two attributes that have lead to 15 years of success . At Visions, all of our team members work hard to develop meaningful relationships with clients and vendors because for us, it is about more than just selling services. When it comes to employment at Visions Management, we are always recruiting and looking for good team members. We have a great tract record with retaining employees many who have been with us for 5+, 9+ and even 13 years! We are working harder than ever to continuously improve our corporate culture and to support and develop our employees.
