      You work outside of the office, the salary’s fair, and you aren’t subjected to mindless gossip in the office all day. It’s PERFECT if you ask me.

      Cons

      Okay, it’s almost perfect. Work/life balance isn’t the BEST, but it’s tolerable. Won’t be looking for a new job any time soon.
