The process was smooth. Everyone I spoke with was kind, prepared, and easy to talk to. I always knew what the next step was, and nothing felt drawn out or confusing. It left me with a really good impression of how the company treats people. Once I met everyone in person, it was clear the culture isn’t just talk. The way people interacted with each other felt respectful, collaborative, and easygoing, which matched everything I’d experienced during the hiring process.
